Your bill follows it automatically, to the day. Add an athlete on the 15th and you pay for half a month; remove one and you're credited for the rest of the period. You never have to change plans.
You get 30 days free with up to 25 athletes. You add a card to start, and you're not charged until day 31 — cancel before then and you pay nothing. Each card gets one free trial.
No. The athlete app is free for every athlete, always. If you sell coaching through Threshr, Threshr takes no cut — you pay only Stripe's own card fees.
The price is the same for everyone, so the coach with five athletes gets exactly the same deal as the club with two hundred. Paying annually saves two months.
You and your coaches can still see and message everyone, but can't add athletes or publish new weeks until you start again. Your athletes are never cut off, and you can download all your data at any time.
Yes. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST, and you get an invoice every time you're charged.
