Terms of Service
These terms apply to everyone who uses Threshr — coaches, the businesses they belong to, and athletes. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What Threshr is
Threshr is software for planning and tracking training. Coaches and coaching businesses use it to plan sessions and communicate with athletes. Threshr doesn't provide coaching, medical or physiotherapy advice, and nothing in it replaces advice from a qualified health professional.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate details and keep your password private. Each coach needs their own login; coach logins can't be shared.
- You must be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian's permission to use Threshr.
- You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Coaching businesses
- The person who sets up a business on Threshr ("owner") accepts these terms on the business's behalf and is responsible for the coaches and athletes they invite.
- Coaching businesses are responsible for the training they prescribe, their relationship with their athletes, and any fees they charge athletes.
- Businesses must only invite people who have agreed to join, and must have a lawful basis to handle their athletes' information.
4. Plans, trials and payments
- Coaching businesses pay a subscription based on the number of athletes on their roster (currently A$5 per athlete per month, or A$50 per athlete per year), adjusted pro rata as athletes are added or removed. Prices are shown on our pricing page and in Threshr and include GST. Coaches are not charged.
- Free trials last 30 days and cover up to 25 athletes. Where a card is required, you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; we don't refund part periods except where Australian Consumer Law requires it.
- If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 7 days, coaches keep read access but can't add athletes or publish training. Athletes' access isn't affected.
- Athletes don't pay Threshr for using the app.
4A. Coaching payments
- A coaching business can let its athletes pay it for coaching through Threshr, using its own Stripe account. The business is the seller: its packages, prices, refunds, GST and any disputes are between the business and its athletes, under the business's own terms and Stripe's terms.
- Threshr only provides the software and does not hold athletes' money. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by Threshr.
- Threshr does not charge a fee on coaching payments. Stripe's own processing fees are charged to the business by Stripe. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before introducing any fee.
- Athletes can cancel a coaching subscription at any time from the Coach tab; it stops at the end of the period already paid for. Leaving a business or deleting an account cancels running coaching subscriptions.

5. Your content
You own the training plans, notes, messages and activity files you put into Threshr. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you and the people you share them with. We don't sell your content.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Threshr: no accessing other people's data without permission, interfering with the service, reverse engineering it, or using it for anything unlawful. We can suspend accounts or businesses that break these terms.
7. Health and safety
Exercise carries a risk of injury. Check with a doctor before starting a new training program, stop if something hurts, and don't rely on Threshr's charts, warnings or AI summaries as medical advice.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Threshr available and your data safe, but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features; we'll tell you in advance about changes that materially affect paid plans.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to Threshr is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time under Account. We may close accounts that break these terms. When a business closes, its data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
